Beautiful veiny details, beautiful composition & beautiful colors.
Those wormy things I assume Adam is refering to look like oof stem or vine parts. Shouldn't be hard to heal brush out.
This would make a great enlarged transparency.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. Adam, I suspect it's noise in the OOF areas but I was hesitant to remove in PS since it's a very severe crop and I really had to work to bring out the detail of the yellow leaves. I was afraid NN or NI would make that even harder, so just decided to leave it noisy. I might give it a try, but not sure I have the fortitude to work on it all over again, it took so long the first time, LOL. Helen

Nice shot Helen. I particularly like the fine hairs visible, that R1 lens really does resolve some fine detail.

One minor negative, you've got a strange pattern going on in the OoF areas? Is it bokeh or noise? Maybe some PP could change that - maybe you like it, I don't know.

Great colours and sharpness, well done. Adam Bramley

Beautiful composition - I love the green and yellow colors, and the DOF!

Hi Helen, love the colors and balance of the leaves vs. background in this shot! I see a dual texture and pattern here: one is the leaves for obvious reasons, the other is the background itself, if you separate it from the subject. Lovely!
