Do I look like a proud grandmother? Well, I am. Yesterday evening my oldest
grandson, Vernon, graduated from the Fire Academy
at McLellan Community College. His class scored in the top five percent of
all programs in the state, and he was the Valedictorian.
He has always made me proud and last night just added to the joy of being his Grandmother.
Now he begins his EMT training before starting to work in this noble profession.
