In my butterfly garden

I thought I would title this photo "A face only a mother could love", then when it
came up on the computer I saw the little guy....is it a baby grasshopper???? I guess so.
I've never seen this before. Does anyone know for sure?

Read Pierre's comment below....he says it is part of the grasshopper's mouth. I've been looking
for photos online with out much luck. Interesting....

Anyway, only a crazy gardener who loves macro photography
would allow this Mom to hop around in the garden making babies!

That must be a baby hanging on for dear life to its mother's mouth. Grasshopper of some kind. Great capture.
