I'm with John this scene is awesome, the soft pastel colors make it very peaceful. Is Mono Lake more Northern CA?

This is one of my favorites in this gallery. I love the soft light and muted golden light on the mountains and reflected in the water. I also like the darker low hills in front of the mountains and the soft grays and silver in the water at the bottom of the frame. V
