At this time of year we normally see a hundred or so head of Elk in the fields about 10 miles from home. They're normally near a main road so it's difficult to stop for pictures. This time they were in a field off a side road, so I managed to rattle off about 100 pictures, hoping some of them would be vaguely reasonable. Hopefully the 70-300 lens that's arriving next will help.
