You're right, it's not an underwater photo! However it shows where all the other shots are happening. Verde Island is obvious. To it's left is a small bank of cloud and then a gap before the rest of the cloud that is shrouding the large island of Mindoro. In that gap you can make out the dark peninsula and waterways of Puerto Galera. Pretty much right in the middle of the picture.
Taken from my office on the way to Manila, just as we began descending. Flying from here to Manila takes about 20 minutes. The drive back to Batangas and then the boat crossing takes 3.5 hours! So about 5 hours after this shot was taken, the skipper and I were sitting "down there", having a quiet drink at the end of a long day...
