The the enhanced red marker points to the importance of faith and the bright tabletop shows a "halo" effect which emphasizes the sanctity of the bible. I used it in another challenge "Survival." shu

Thanks, Shu! I love the wiggly ribbon in this! The background texture is a little distracting. I am not sure what message you are trying to get across with this image. It looks to me like the book has fallen to the floor, opened. So, with your title does that mean someone has not done a good job keeping the faith? Let me know if I have understood your intention correctly! ~Sharon

I take back my comment about boosting the saturation on the other version of this. Now I've seen this I think the image looks better less saturated. The 'faded' look of the other image is more appropriate to the subject matter. Both still excellent pieces though.
