Lemon Verbena Cakelet

My friend Susie brought this to me yesterday. The Lemon Verbena came from her garden and the gift came from her heart. I wanted to thank her in a special way so I took a picture of it after I enjoyed it (quite a bit) and printed it out to use as a notecard.

Oh, this looks so yummy! MERAVIGLIOSO sounds like Maravilloso en Spanish, so I guess it means WONDERFUL!

Yes...it does have a lemon flavor. This cake had a lemon-sugar glaze on it. Sinfully rich. I'd hate to know how many calories it has. Isabel

Looks good enough to eat! ;-) I grow a lot of herbs but I have never tried lemon verbena. Does it have a lemon flavor? Judith
