Somethign makes me wonder.. why is the latch in the safe handle? So I was then informed that this configuration is named the 'manila latch'. Such things do not exist in Filipino handmade balisongs. The knives, imported by Taylor Cutlery is aptly named the Manila Folder. I wonder sometimes if it was in fact taylor that popularized this configuration... Intentional or accidental who knows. In many ways these beauties carry their weight in gold and rival (or maybe sometimes even barely surpass) the BM production models.. in some respects.. but it is only in my opinion.

# A trio of 3 Taylor Manila Folders. Each sporting a 4 inch and a half edge weehawk blade. The top has brass and rosewood insert handles, followed by the standard classic brass skeleton handles and the alternative lightweight (featherweight to be exact) aluminum handles. A product of note is the leather sheath. This sheath was aapparently little known and was custom made by Taylor Cutlery to compliment it's Manila Folder series.
