This was taken withing walking distance of my home, part of my environment.

Kodak DCS Pro 14nx ,Nikkor 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED-IF AF-S
This is a composit 2 images 2 f stops apart unfortunately it had to be hand held to get this angle. full exif

Thanks Flick and Albert, I've always been interested in seeing how things look outside from the inside and Albert has given me some good advice using Photomatrix to photograph from inside to outside. I took your advice Flick and did rotate it a bit. Shelby

Another of your mountains and window shots. You should do a series as they're fascinating. I like this very much for the sense of another world glimpsed through the window, for the reflection, the colours and the interesting composition and objects. I would be tempted to put a little rotation on it to the right to straighten the window and shelf, if it's possible to do it wihtout losing too much of the image. Otherwise this is really good.
