no!!! we had wells doing rain season a lake doing dry the road in question went from the main gate.to the water shed some 5 plus miles west. and ends up in ubon I know as I for one supplied pumped H20 to the base from Jul 68 to Jul 69 that road was surfaced by triple nickel RED HORSE. A pure blessing

Does any know if this is where our water came during the rainy season? This look like run off from the airbase. That road looks like a pipeline. I know today that this is drained into two creeks.
