There is something a bit disconcerting for me (and this is going to be tough to explain).
With the DOF, the daisy is tack sharp and stands out nicely from the softer background, but I am trying to figure out what plane the leaf is on. I'd sort of expect the portion of the leaf nearest the daisy to be in focus, with and blur occuring further away, but it's almost as if the opposite has occured.
I can conceive of a placement to make this happen, but at first glance, it distracted me from the photo.
