Wonderful smile and upbeat creamy tones.That's a crazy power pull on the lines.He must be at the other end of a flexifoil.Kite buggies being pulled along the sand were a craze some years ago.I guess there are still a few nuts around ;-)

A happy man flying a kite. He is daydreaming about a big gust of wind picking him up so he could soar through the sky behind his kite, flying above the rooftops just like his idol, Peter Pan.
