Palanga is a small resort at the Baltic coast of Lithuania.
Its population is about 20.000 habitants, most of which work in innumerable cafes, hotels, inns, etc.
Almost every private house or cottage turns to be an inn in Summer time.
The Baltic sea is quite cold, you are very lucky if the water temperature is above 20°C, nevertheless beaches are crowded and some of the braviest (kids as a rule) enjoy themselves with bathing.
