Yummmm! I usually make Pumpkin Bread around Christmas It's always been a big seller at the station bake sale.
With this recipe You can fill 3 well grased 1- pound coffee cans about 3/4 full and bake ! turn out and cool on rack then set in the middle of a piece of plasticwrap bring the plastic up and tie the top with curly ribbon :-)
Pumpkin bred also freezes well
