Yesterday I was working with my daughter Hannah on her
"P" and "D". She kept reversing both letters. How could
I help her remember???
I hit the nail on the head. I told her to use her right
hand.
"Right is Right, Left is wrong" We both chanted
She used the sign language alphabet letter "D" on
her right hand and her hand gave her a visual clue
of which SIDE the "D" is.
For "P" she simply turned her right hand down (which
is the sign for "P") and her hand showed her a visual
clue of which SIDE the "P" is.
Today she came home from school and exclaimed,
"It worked!"
Give it a try :-)
