Night mall by Ron LaCroix

Hobart, Tasmania Australia

Taken after dark in a mall in Melbourne. The camera was hand held and braced on a hand rail. The squares on the left are office windows looking onto the mall and the framework at the top supported the lighting.

Ron, this is great. I really like the colours and shapes, and the division of the image into two parts as you've done it. The depth is also very good, with repetition in each layer. Great subject and well composed. John

This is great as an excellent geometric abstract. Although the image is really two parts, they join together well because of the framework spanning the top.
The green lighting helps with the abstraction and general futuristic look - it could be a still from a science fiction movie!
Mike.
