Very interesting image. Perhaps a tighter crop would give more prominance to the water reflections by magnifying them.

Another excellent abstract that had me puzzling what it was.

MCsaba - Despite the regularity of the grid and interior water patterns, there are no two sections of grid or reflection that are identical. Repetitious, yes. Monotonous (as repetition can be), no way! Splendid. Thank you.

Csaba, nicely done. Interesting and captivating with great patterns, repeated, as you say, on two levels. I knew it was a grate of some kind with water filing the holes, but I would never have guessed pencil holder. For this kind of image, your colour choice works very well.

Thanks for the comments. This is a pencil holder from my desk after dipping it into a cup of water. MCsaba

Nice one! It's a great abstract pattern with attractive variations.
Could you tell us a bit more about the subject? It's very intriguing.

I have no idea what this is, but it looks really cool. Nice colors and texture on the grid and the fluid centers are wonderful.

A repetition inside the repetition, that's great. You couldn't be more on theme. I also like the lighting and the copperlike tone.
