Taken in color, converted from RGB to Grayscale then to Duotone (monotone, black), sharpened and used the history brush on bring back the eye color.

i like the dark moody feel of the b&w tone. great portrait. the coloured eye is a bit of a distraction from the rest of the mood. just IMHO. :)

I like the DOF, crop and background. I do like the color version better but both are nice.
