If you sat next to my sister Sharon, then you know that she always had to have the last word. Now she is a very famous lawyer in Ft. Lauderdale. We all received such a great education from the sisters. They truly were servants of the Lord.

Yes, there was Sr. Regina...she taught choir...told me I didn't have much of a voice...it was true.. However, I have to sing in front of lots of children now..poor things. There was a Sr. Gloria, she was so nice, Sr. Perpetua was the English teacher I think..not sure. If I remember more I'll let you know.

Carol, your sister Sharon was in a lot of my homeroom classes, and seated nearby because of alphabetical seating as I recall. Thanks for the names of Mother Enda and Sister Francesca. Do you remember any others? Wasn't there a Sister Perpetua? I think she shook my head back and forth while holding my hair and also whacked me good across the knuckles with a ruler a few times.

Someday I'll get the names typed onto the photos as people provide them.

Guest: was there a Kathy Greenwell in that Greenwell family you mentioned?

Mother Enda and Sr. Francesaca would never believe that I became a lay principal. We have only two religious sisters in our school now. I remember all thenuns we used to have. Things really have changed.

Thanks for writing Carol. I bet you never thought you'd see this photo on the internet, eh? Congrats on making it to principal. Don
