As indicated in earlier pictures the Otogar is to be transferred, and the ancient walls are to be restored at that spot. This is a tower that belongs to the most ancient part of the walls, that is: from the Hellinistic period (4th century BC till mid 1st century BC) when Sinop was the capital of the Pontic Kingdom.
