As indicated in earlier pictures the Otogar is to be transferred, and the ancient walls are to be restored at that spot. The tower to the right belongs to the most ancient part of the walls, that is: from the Hellinistic period (4th century BC till mid 1st century BC) when Sinop was the capital of the Pontic Kingdom.
