Fishnets *

San Diego, CA

My friends own a shop that caters to the 'exotic dancer' community. I had the opportunity to snap some shots down there this afternoon.

Yup. That's what makes it so great. It's our own imaginations leading us astray :)

Everything but the title is the absolute truth.

Especially with the caption to help sucker us in, this is a very good joke. I'm offended - NOT!

I find the illusion funny... I really thought it was what we thought it was ;-) Funny how it turned out. Obviously the qualtiy of the pic is not that good, but that was never the intention of the shot... better quality would have spoiled the illusion.

It's a collapsible laundry basket. I think. I know they use them to transport garments between the manufacturing site and the retail site.

Ok...I have to ask...what is the photo of? It looks like a puppy holder/transportation device??? I thought the gag/joke was pretty funny! Amusing to show how a crop can force and illusion which we don't expect...

:-D

This is primarily a place holder, and joke image. I was taking weird shots while I was at the shop, and 'saw' this. I can assure you that the real thing would look much better, and that I probably would NOT have a photograph of it. ;)

For those who haven't followed the link, it shows another wider shot of the same subject.

So ISO, don't feel bad about the comments. If I wasn't ready for them, I'd not be here at all, let alone with a (*) in my titles.

I totally agree with ISO

OK Mike, 118 views so far and nobody has left a comment. I'll stick my neck out here and hopefully won't be unpopular for it, but for me at least, this just hasn't got anything about it to hold interest. I know roughly what it is because of your title, but there seems to be no focal point, it's OOF and unsharp. It looks like it was taken with a mobile phone camera that went off by accident. Truly sorry Mike but you have a (*) and I'm on a crusade this morning. I think it could have been so much more, and might have almost been useful for the current CTF challenge. I'll duck for cover now.....
