Think it is time to invest in a macro lens for the D70.
It wouuld have been nice to be able to use a smaller
F stop, but I impressed for a small point and shoot
camera.

pretty shot, almost abstract. if you want a macro for flowers, don't forget to check out the 2nd hand market. i picked up a Nikkor 55mm MF macro last year for next to nothing and it's not the sharpest in the bag but produces great colours...
