Kevin Falk

I woke early Sunday morning and wandered the shoreline of a
local lake looking for inspiration for this week’s assignment.  Reviewing my
image captures, I kept returning to this desolate image of a swim ladder rising
out of the water.

It’s surprising how the early morning light can cast a
different quality to typically familiar things.

Very serene. I noticed a bit of noise in the picture though I use to have this problem a lot when cropping, dealing with jpegs as souce and editting or until I upgraded my flash to the latest code. Either way still a great picture...it seems so peaceful there..unfortunately with alligators in the water I guess it is like the lakes in the friday the 13th movies.

It not for you alligator comments, I might be tempted to jump in, your shot is inviting.
