Very nice - love the reflections and the overall impression of fluidity and stickiness!

I agree with the others that this is your strongest shot. I was immediately drawn to the face in the highlight. very cool effect.

A classic shot. I prefer the composition of this shot to the single chocolate one that you posted earlier. The rising mountains draw my eye up and down the creamy snow covered slopes. A photo good enought to eat. Really well done.

Nice shot Jeffry - does anyone else see the ghost head in the hightlight - second mountain from the left. Once I zoned in on that, I can't see the shot without it. Looks cool, but in terms of the chocolate shot, it's a bit distracting. I might try removing (or softening) the face (and maybe those 2 dark curves in the far right highlight). I do like the almost posterized look of the hightlights and syrup, and the reflected highlights at the bottom.

Thank you again. That has now been fixed. The reflections are from the single incadecent bulb used to light it. It gave it a warmer color than the natural light did. The background was actually a white wall. I tried to keep the light off of it. I am not as happy with the third image and may delete it. I don't like its background.

Great Idea and well done! I must agree with John that the white at the left is a distraction easily fixed. I like the effect of the reflections on the syrup.. Mmmm, Snow covered chocolate :)

Nicely done Jeffry. I agree with Alain that this is the best of your efforts (best of the three now). It's rich and interesting and I do believe I'm feeling hungry! The rest works well, but that white bit at the left seems out of place and could fairly easily be cloned to blend in with the rest of the background. Nice touch to raise the third choc to break up the regularity of the rest.

Thank you for your comments Alain. I have darkened it a little and reduced the saturation some to allow for a bit more contrast.

This is my favourite of your entries. The composition is good, the subject has nice round forms and the colors work perfect together. The background should be much darker though, to make the subjects stand out more. And more contrast to bring out the reflections. I'm wondering if a more appropriate lighting would give the forms more depth. A mouth-watering entry !
