Frank Chu is seen almost everywhere there is a group of people gathered.
Some people may think he's a little weird and you know, he really is weird.
Mostly he just walks around with his protest sign (which does change occasionally
according to his mood), but he has been known to vocalize. I have heard that
his delivery is fantastic, but he makes no sense at all. Which is not so
unusual in San Francisco.
