Life is full of contrast.
Last night, I had an incredibly delicious meal at Il Mondo Vecchio , an upscale restaurant in Madison, New Jersey, with some great friends. I normally can't afford such a meal but I was a guest last night.
Tonight, I am a "guest" of Children's Specialized Hospital, being on-call and all. One of the privileges of being on-call in-house is that the hospital throws in a few free meals. For a hospital, Children's Specialized's cafeteria does pretty well...but it's no Il Mondo Vecchio.
