The foreground is one of the most forgotten areas in photography. And you place the subject of this picture, a quizzical dog at your feet, into the foreground, using the children and the conveyance they are using as their table, as context for it. What appears to be hose connects the two. The boys are also context because you have abstracted them -- we can't see their faces or personalities, we must use our imagination to do that. The dog has incongruously taken over this picture, and ironically provides its human value -- once again, it would have to be curiosity. A good use of wideangle perspective to layer meaning, Kal.
