Thank you, John. I really like that kind of mood when the light rays from the low sun shine through the forest. The forest is somehow already a bit dark but full of light at the same time. I often took similar photos and mostly was dissappointed, when I viewed them at home. Somehow I find the mood of such a scene hard to capture. This shot still doesn't come close to actually viewing the scene, but it is the best I could do.

Nice exposure and composition Georg. The blown highlights on the horizon (aliens landing?) work well to contrast with the detail up higher. I also like the perspective with the trees leaning in to emphasise the low viewpoint and help to focus attention on the detail of the central canopy at the top. Cheers, John
