Mary Anne, Its not only you running out of on-topic shots but after looking at the number of exhibition entries, i guess, most of the people dont shoot keeping "disproportion" in mind.
"topic-police" eh? i think you would have behaved like that "rebelious teenager" (from your load-off photo) if i had called this one off-topic...hehehehe...
on the serious note, i think it is only fair to people who work hard to get that perfect dof/focus/effect to get an on-topic shot.
btw, i wouldnt have seen your this shot, if i had allowed the previous off-topic one. now, by letting you go with this one, may be i am missing some amazing shot like "brick medley" :) (one of my favourites in the gallery) -Abstract
Well, abs, I don't know that you're getting on my nerves, but I'm running out of shots that are on topic. I might even have to come up with FOUR new ones...heaven forbid! In the meantime, I'll just leave this one sitting here. Don't you love being the topic police?

techically yes, its on-topic. -Abstract
ps: unfortunately, it doesnt have "interesting" perspective now. its just a simple shot (a normal view) over someone's shoulder. am i getting on your nerves Mary Anne? would you have preferred if i had not added the "ps" part? try to be frank in your opinion please. i am just trying to give my honest feedback to every poster without any sort of sugar-coating.
Abstract, I knew it was borderline, but I liked the composition with all the different tree shapes. If you think it's off-topic, I'll replace it, as I have an alternate waiting in the wings.
