Pear Cactus? We had a pasture around our house when I was young full of them and since it wasn't pastured with a great herd of cows or anything else for that matter, it was full of pear cactus's and those pale yellow fragile blossoms, were something lovely to behold in the early morning light of western Kansas - the skyblueyellow light spilling across the blossoms is still in my mind after all these years...
