I don't remember everything I did to the image. I do know that I broke it up into four distinct layers (background/wooden holder, paper, cardboard roll, plastic holder-thing in the middle), so that I could apply different effects to the distinct components.

The background/wood was darkened considerably, after the original wall texture was removed completely. The paper had the contrast fiddled with. The other two layers were left untouched. That's all I remember. I am sure I fiddled with it more than that, though.

This has the appearance of being more of a graphic image than a photograph. Not sure what you did to the image to create this look but, it's very interesting. Markjay

I was going to do a TP shot - even bought special extra quilted for the texture :) But then I saw you beat me to it! Cindy

Thanks, Lonnit! It just seemed like a natural fit for this challenge. Then again, my judgement is not to be trusted. ;)

Dave: We had better hope this isn't the best image in the bunch, else it'll be a boring challenge!

In response to the first question: No, I do NOT take my camera with me to the bathroom. I will say that I got the idea for this one when I was in there doing typical business, though.

Thank Goodness someone else is shooting TP. I've done it quite a few times and they seem to think I'm nuts! LOL! Here's a few of mine.http://www.pbase.com/lonnit/health. I like your floating-in-space concept BTW. :) ~ Lonnit

I won't even ask....LOL! I'll laugh if this wins...all those shots on the main gallery and then a roll of T.P! Wouldn't That be a hoot!

LOL :) Were you setting on the toilet when you took this shot?

I have taken the manual to read but not the camera (yet!).
