I'm not really a big fan of selective saturation in shots, and I'm not really the flag waving type either, yet, this still worked for me.

1/320s f/7.1 at 154.0mm iso400 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

I think it works very well; the details in the building really stand out in B&W & of course, the flag is brilliant!
