Pic 118 is more relaxed and I guess that I prefer the tulip but this shot works better. I'd love to see a combination between the two. The made-up hair and the dress work better and add more grace to the beautiful smile. Flash wise I suggest that you try bouncing the flash off the ceiling or diffuse it using one of those plastic bread bags.
