Great Blue Heron and Great Egret passing in flight.
I'd like to take credit for this but... I was tracking the great egret and didn't even know the blue heron was there until I uploaded the shots. As someone once said, "I'd rather be lucky than good." But as someone else said, "Luck favors the prepared...". Or words to that effect. I tend to lean more toward the second quote. For me it's a lot more satisfying when I get that good shot to know it was mostly my doing. But it's kind of fun to get that lucky shot now and then.
