Oh, Shu! LOL! The boots ARE so Rockwellian! You're sooo right about that, although I just love Rockwell but never made the connection myself. Very funny comment. Hmmmm... now you've got me thinking a barage of thoughts on ways to shoot those boots! Thanks. :)
Dorys, but it does take an eternity to shoot her, running to the camera to hit the shutter button, then running back in front and posing, about a bazillion times! LOL! So, she wilts faster than the average model. She's quite cooperative in front of the camera, but I shouldn't let her near the editing room because then she complains about every frame... "my hips look big", "my nose looks big", "That's not my good side", "I'm looking sweaty", "What's wrong with you; why can't you get a shot in focus?!", "My boobs look saggy", "My boobs look flat", "My waist looks too thick", "My hair's not right"... YEESH! ~ Lonnit
I love this one, as well. The shoelaces, appealing neutral colors and the "model's" stance shows us Lonnet posing for a Norman Rockwell calendar. Shu

i love this shot. it's creative and funny and really shows your personality. you're very fortunate to have such a wonderful model to shoot. you don't have to worry about the model's boredom, patience or even how much they charge! :-)
Yes, I designed the dastardly frame, and everything else. "Lonnit" is my screen name. J Richards is me in real life. Framing was my crutch in the first few months, to help my stuff look a bit better than it was! LOL! I didn't want to trim the frame here, for this challenge, b/c it's not the way it was originally presented for the CSLR opposites challenge, although, trust me, I thought about how you'd comment! LOL! :) ~ Lonnit

Why are you claiming credit for a photo by J Richards? Maybe you designed the frame:-)
