I just wanted to say thank you for putting up your picture. I could verify it against a picture of my fathers which he took while in Guam with the U.S.S. Hampton APA 115, during WWII. He had written Jap midget submarine on the back, but couldn't remember if he had taken the picture while in Guam. He is now 85 and finds remembering dificult. In my picture it is sitting up on three cement stands, there is a white chain to stantion fence around it. One tall palm tree stands to the left of the tail and three small newly planted palms are in the foreground. They have placed it in the center of a cement slab or maybe it is just white gravel like the walk surrounding it. There is some small structure behind and to the left of the large palm. The 51 and the Japanese flag are visible on the Sub in my picture. Can you tell me anything more about your picture?
