Marie is a tough act to follow, but she echoes my sentiments...Monet came to mind for me too...beautiful dof and an excellent composition

The spirit of Monet is hovering over this pond.... :)))
Subtle light and delicate tonal palette, and of course superb reflection!
The water-lily is perfectly set off against the large leaves.
I never realised the stem was so long! (interesting angle)
I can almost hear a faint gurgle of water...
