Thanks niamh. Weimaraner eh? I didn't know what breed she was. She was non stop puppy energy trying to get my dog, which is a schnauzer, to run with her. My dog was standing behind me and the Weimaraner kept running off then running back and jumping the log. Moving at a good clip. It became predictable so I tried to capture it. I got off a few shots, some yeilding empty frames. Then the black Lab showed up as a bonus. I especially like her left front paw with it's digits spread and gripping the log. Most frustrating is the shutter release lag on these A2's. Have to develop a new sense of timing. - JJ

G'day JJ. I'd been waiting for a shot of a running dog and here you deliver not one but two of them. Well done. I find the background blur a bit distracting, but it does imply more motion. Your composition works for me. Cheers, John
