The Queen Gets Rehabilitated

Victorian homes are almost priceless in San Diego. This one, like many,
is near Balboa Park and is being rehabilitated. Unfortunately, it won't
be a home, it will be lawyer's offices.

The palm trees really did curve like that!

They are curved because they are trying to get away from the lawyers!

That stucture will be magnificent when the rehab is complete. I thought you were serious about the palm. Duh, smacking forehead. Great shot Gary.

I want a house like this, someday :) I like the way you've composed this to include the whole palm tree in the shot. Nice work.

Maybe it was a home of a client that couldn't pay their bills.

Very interesting image. I love the verticalness of the house and trees and that wonderful sky. The house is so fascinating that even scaffolding doesn't make an ugly photo.

should be the home of an author

Hahaha! Gary is so right on the Palms. Sometimes when shooting an image where Palms are involved, I find it tricky to line the image up...

A building being renovated and I wasn't in town, there must something wrong. Very nice photo, lots of detail and great clarity.

I thought this was Monaco or somewhere from the thumbnail! Good shot, I like the symmetry of the palms.
