I like it better with the change I think - feels a bit 'lighter' and less oppressive.

Thanks for the comments. Inspired by Rebelant's suggestion I copied and pasted the sky from another shot over the blown out sky of the image. Do you think it's an improvement?

I really like the image and viewpoint. I wonder if it would be worth recolouring the sky to give it more contrast against the rest of the image?

Thanks for taking the time to comment. In the original shot (see originals gallery) the red part was yellow, I basically just used the hue adjustment to change it to various colors, of which I liked red the most, then increased saturation a bit. The upper part was already mostly grey, nevertheless I completely desaturated it.

I agree with the other comments on your image. The compo is good, and so are the colors and the texture.

Nicely done Bracket. From the thumbnail, the colour and composition are clear, but opening the image rewards us with texture as well. The lighting is amazing for an area that is so enclosed. Well spotted. Cheers, John
