After departing Sunset Lake, we were faced with a long hike up to Hurricane Pass, a highlight of the Crest Trail. The trail, however, is well graded and the elevation gain does not seem that difficult. Views abound of the Jedediah Wilderness as you gain height up to Hurricane Pass.
