...If I'm not mistaken, this "is" a 906/910 BEHR front oil-cooler which had the "end-cap" modified to allow the connection of the oil-lines towards the side of the innder-fender as opposed to having the oil-line connections pointing towards the driver as configured with the 906/910. You are looking at the back-side of the oil-cooler, the cooler was "pressure tested" and is in overall great condition. The two "inner square openings" for the "square captive-nuts" were opened up at some point, but this can be easily repaired...
Interesting to note that the way this cooler was modified, it now follows the 914-6 GT configurations/spec. and not the 906/910.
