If I'm not mistaken, this is a used 904/906 BEHR Oil-Cooler which just sold on eBay for $400! I have no idea how I missed it, however, it did end up in good hands as my friend David Glenn was the lucky bidder! Good going David!

...A closer look of the photo revealed the modification of the "end-cap" to allow the connection of the oil-lines oriented towards the side of the inner-fender as opposed to having the oil-line connections pointing towards the driver (as configured for the 906/910). You are looking at the back-side of the oil-cooler, not the front. The two inner "square openings" for the "square captive-nuts" were cut at the front at some point, but this can be easily repaired. Interesting to note the way this cooler was modified, it now follows the 914-6 GT configurations/spec. and not that of a Porsche 904/906. The cooler could have very well been used on a 914 application, maybe even a 914-6 GT. If you compare photos between this cooler and those 914-6 GT coolers posted in the previous photo galleries, you will find them to be the same...

...You have to love eBay, can you believe $400?! What a deal! Good find David! We call that a "Score". David, I know someone that will give you $1,200 for that cooler, no questions asked! ; )
