People, i'm overwhelmed with your compliments, i'm no too sure i deserve it, considering the slightly off my interpretation of the theme.
Once every some time we all hit the magic button and the miracle happen, and this one surprise me too when i first saw it in my monitor. I'm a newbie in taking pictures, so i stand more on the side of learning and this is a great school for me. I'm in this process of taking a camera everywhere, i guess it also happened to everyone
us at first.
Thanks again
Ser

Sergio, your work is "gifted". I have several questions to ask you as well as a moment of your time to view 2 images of mine. Would you try:http://www.pbase.com/image/20717109 and help me get closer to a higher-key level? This & ,http://www.pbase.com/image/29350042/large left the judges at my local camera club less than enthusiastic. Thanks,
Veronica

Hi Ser, nice and clean now and even closer to perfection. Good work. You have produced a striking image that really appeals to me despite lacking that impulse I'm looking for to satisfy the theme. Cheers, John

Not sure about how well this meets the theme but it does have a stangely spooky sinister feel about it.

Very interesting and arresting image.

Sergio,
I am not sure about how the picture fits the theme but I sure love it - the power and force it generates is tremendous. Nice.

Sergio,
This is terrific on many levels. Very creative.
One thing - I hadn't noticed the nose and cheek 'residue' before, but I can see it now. Just thought I'd mention it since you said it was cleaned up. Only visible to me in "original" size. Could just be my monitor at work being too picky?
Wonderful photo.

This is the most dramatic shot I've seen in quite some time. Darn near frightening! Nicely done!

Thanks for the comments, as always i learn from you all so much.
The cleaning is done, i cant believe you could see the shadows, eagle eye (eagle display).
The original seduceme so much, ididn't know if should be the original on the contest.
Looking foward for the 3rd post.
Thanks
Again!
Ser

I would love to see the original in our "originals" gallery. The image is both seductive and intimidating at the same time. Very nice.

Indeed, very creative Sergio ! I really like this high key entry a lot, but the link to the theme...I don't know...Of course these kind of interpretations lead to more photographic choices (>> strong feelings e.g. 'chemistry', 'sparks' between two people etc....)

Hi Sergio, I can't believe there are no comments yet. Your photo is fantastic and satisfies the theme in a creative way, although I tend to think of mind power being more of a swelling of power rather than an impulse. On the technical front, I can see the outline of the lower part of the nose and a bit of the cheek at the left of your photo I and would like to see you get rid of those distractions. You may not even be able to see them on your system, but they are there and others may be able to see them too. With this kind of photo, it is always safest to select what you want to keep and copy it to a clean white layer or delete everything around it to be sure of avoiding unwanted artifacts. Cheers, John
