Zak/Stewart, all changed on 01/07/04 :) Check out www.snh.org.uk Scottish Outdoor Access Code finally approved by Scottish Parliament. Not perfect, but defines rights AND responsibilites for visitor/landowner.

Easy. You walk across the field! As long as you don't damage anything, the landowner can't really stop you.
