Built in 1932 by the WPA and at the same time the Boys' Dormitory was constructed, the same German stonecutter was also commissioned to do the work on the Girls' Dormitory.
Both dormitories are situated at opposite ends of the parade grounds.
This was the first Fort Apache building I saw upon entering the grounds and it was a breathtakingly beautiful structure to see.
