I worked in Figueira da Foz in 1967 and visited Nazaré several times and enjoyed the famous "pesquada", if that's how it's spelled.
Nazaré has probably changed a lot since the 60s
I use the G2 Canon also and use it in my surroundings in the NW of British Columbia and other travels a lot. It's a nice instrument and I like the camera very much.
A recent trip took us into the Nass Valley. This is native Indian country and holds a large lava field in its midst. There was an eruption in 1700 and thousands of natives were killed. The rest of the world had no idea at the time. No white man had ventured there by then...
Just a few pictures here: http://www.ralphmelville.ca/nassvalley/ I will now loook at all your other photos .
Muito obrigado..
