Today was the first day of the two day Town Carnival starting off with a parade of floats headed by the town Mayor and local dignitaries. This all culminates in the local park where there are displays of marching bands in the arena and various other attractions and side stalls including a beer tent!

Well no prizes for guessing where we spent most of the afternoon then!! Actually the attraction wasn't surprisingly the beer but what was at the other end of the marquee... Ellie's dance school were performing there for three hours. Always entertaining especially when three of the mums joined in too. Jayne asked all the little ones to leave the stage which left the mums to battle it out for a trophy.

This is Debbie shaking her funky stuff and taking first prize in doing so!! Very entertaining until Jayne asked if there were any dads in the audience that could dance, why did everyone look at me!!
